Jay Mitra is a British Indian punk poet, artist and activist. She has been published in Soundsphere Magazine multiple times and also has had poetry published in PUSH Magazine and Acumen Poetry. Jay pursued English Literature at degree level at the University of Manchester, but regularly makes and sells art in her spare time. In her work, she explores human emotion, particularly sexual attraction, though oil and acrylic paint on cartridge paper.
