Dan Montesi is a high school counselor, a softball coach, and—when he has time—an explorer. He documents his explorations with his camera. Unable to travel to Patagonia or Alaska often, he looks for smaller excursions in the Everglades, local parks, or even in his backyard. As a therapist, he uses his camera to help clients experience different aspects of their world in a different way. Dan believes that a camera can be a ticket to a life filled with adventure, as well as engagement with others and with the world that surrounds them.
