Ellen Sander was Poet Laureate of Belfast, Maine in 2013 and 2014. Her poetry’s been published in many journals, was featured in the 2016 anthology, Cross-Strokes and is in/on recent or current issues of The Maine Review, Oculus Vox, Fredericksburg Literary and Art Review and The American Journal of Poetry. Her short collection, Hawthorne, a House in Bolinas, was published by Finishing Line Press in April, 2017. She’s served on the Belfast Poetry Festival and is a member of Beyond Baroque, the Authors Guild and American Academy of Poets.
